With 24,000 BTUs of cooking power delivered by two high-performance stainless steel U-shaped burners, the plancha heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across its generous 500 square inch cooking surface. The dual-zone cooking system allows you to create two separate temperature zones, making it easy to cook different foods at different temperatures at the same time.
Whether you’re cooking breakfast, smash burgers, steaks, seafood, vegetables or toasted sandwiches, the large cooking surface provides plenty of space to feed a crowd — with capacity for up to 28 burgers at once.
Starting the plancha is quick and effortless thanks to the one-touch integrated ignition system. The SafetyGlow™ Plus control knobs are backlit red when the gas is on and blink if the flame goes out, providing an added level of safety and visibility while cooking.
The removable lid allows you to protect and cover the cooking surface when not in use or remove it completely depending on your outdoor kitchen setup. Designed around an industry-standard 32-inch footprint, installation is straightforward when incorporating the plancha into a new or existing outdoor kitchen.
Cleaning is also simple thanks to the front-access grease management system, removable grease tray and integrated scraping tool. Simply scrape the cooking surface and direct grease towards the easy-access collection tray for convenient cleanup.
