The Hark Chubby Offset Smoker is the replacement to the much loved Tri-Fire Offset Smoker and the little brother to the Texas Pro-Pit. This unique product gives you 2 distinct cooking functions, allowing you to cook like a pro. Once you’ve cooked on the Chubby Offset Smoker, you’ll never cook with gas again!

The unit comes with 3 cooking options – Direct Grilling, Smoking. You can sear steaks and burgers with high heat over charcoal for that delicious chargrill flavour. The Smoker offers a huge cooking capacity with the ability to cook in both the fire box and cooking chamber at the same time.
